Join a Team Building Precision & Performance into Every Component
We're looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance Inspector to bring a detail-driven mindset and technical excellence to our advanced manufacturing operations. If you're energized by inspecting, testing, and certifying mission-critical components—and you take pride in getting it right the first time—we want you on our team.
? What You’ll Be Doing
As a QA Inspector, you'll work under limited supervision to ensure raw materials, in-process parts, and final products meet stringent quality standards across industries like aerospace, defense, and energy. You’ll contribute directly to product integrity and production efficiency by identifying issues early, minimizing downtime, and supporting regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections across mechanical, electrical, and chemical domains.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Conduct detailed NDT evaluations (PT, VT, RT, UT, ET, MSLT).
Identify, label, and document conforming/non-conforming materials.
Record precise test and measurement data into QA systems.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve quality issues.
Support internal audits, process improvement initiatives, and interdepartmental QA efforts.
? What You Bring
Required:
Minimum 10 years of experience in AS9100, NADCAP, ASME or NQA-1 environments.
Documented Level II experience in at least 3 NDT methods (PT, RT/UT, VT).
Ability to read and interpret complex manufacturing drawings and weld symbols.
U.S. Citizenship (required for security clearance eligibility).
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical science field.
Full Level II certifications across PT, RT, UT, VT, ET, and MSLT.
Familiarity with programs like ASME Section III & VIII, B31.3, AWS, NAVSEA, NASA standards.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen practices.
